Strategy that works in the age of AI.
AI can write you a strategy in seconds. It sounds convincing, and it's usually wrong, because the model doesn't know your company. In three live sessions, two of Europe's most experienced strategy thinkers show you how to make real strategic choices, and how to use AI without outsourcing your thinking to it.

Your AI can write a strategy. It can't make one.
Organisations are buying AI tools faster than ever. Leadership teams use them to draft plans, analyse markets and prepare board papers. The output reads well. It's structured, confident and fast.
But strategy is not a document. It's a set of hard choices about where to play, how to win and what to stop doing. A language model doesn't know your customers, your capabilities or the trade-offs your competitors are making. Without strategic knowledge behind the prompt, AI simply produces a poor strategy more quickly.
- Your strategy deck looks different every year, but the business doesn't.
- Everyone agrees with the plan, and nobody changes what they do.
- You're using AI in the strategy process, but you're not sure you trust the result.
- Digital disruption is moving faster than your planning cycle.
"AI without strategic knowledge gives you a fluent but poor strategy. The model doesn't know your business."
Em. Prof. Bob de WitSharper thinking. Better decisions.
